Paper Birch - 200 Seed Pack

Paper Birch (Betula papyrifera) seeds from trees in the boreal forests of Quebec.

200 per pack.

Seeds can germinate without cold stratification, only need water and light. Otherwise, 150 days of cold stratification also works.

Sowing Instructions:

1. Surface sow under on a mix of sand and peat.
2. Moisten, and cover with transparent plastic wrap to maintain moisture.
3. Place in a well-lit area.

Seeds should germinate within 1-2 weeks.

To store, place the seeds in a sealed bag and store them in the freezer. Paper birch seeds are viable for up to 2 years if stored at 10% moisture.
