Bunchberry (Cornus canadensis) seeds from flowers in the boreal forests of Quebec.

15 per pack.

Seeds warm-moist stratification for 40 days, cold-moist stratification for 140 days.

Sowing Instructions:

  1. Soak for 24h in room temperature water.
  2. Sow under 1/4" soil, tamp, and mulch.
  3. Water, and place in a well-lit area.

Seeds germinate within a month, some might sporadically germinate the following year.

OR

Sow seeds outside during fall for spring germination (Oversow if you have a high vole, and mice population as they can eat them).

For storage, place the dried seeds in the refrigerator for 1 day (to acclimate) and then into the freezer. Bunchberry seeds are viable for ?? years.
